Frank Xue (Facility Manager)
Frank has many years of management experience both domestic and oversea and has worked towards the goal of running her own rest home since his very first day. He has medical background as he was doctor when he was in China, “I love this job so much, help patients and elder real are similar duty, warmly, kindly and friendly. He is workaholic, from document prepare, facility and equipment check and fix, house maintenance, food order, garden job and water, electric, waste management. He is focus on Summerville business development. Summerville will expulsion extra 6 beds, including 5 beds with private toile, more 20 m2 new lounge for residents’ activities. The plan is on processing.
Jackie Hard (Registered Nurse)
Jackie has a wealth of experience in aged carer as a Registered Nurse, in Hawkes Bay. She is a dedicated and experienced nurse with a passion for aged care. She is embrace all individuals with kindness and compassion. She is eager to share her knowledge and insights to enhance the care we provide to our residents.
Jackie has excellent communication, problem solving and mediation skills which make her to lead all care team a person-centred care team at Summerville. She led the promotion of the implementation and training of MediMap in SummerVille, now she is leading the use of Vcare in SummerVille.
